A unique 5e module. Maps, Monsters, Turtle Mechanics, and tons of swashbuckling adventure await!
"Tales from the Traveling Inn" is a unique 5th edition module centered around an elusive tavern shrouded in mystery. It can be plugged into your world, used by itself, or even played as its own campaign with the custom adventures we provide. In this case, your players will need to traverse mutated forests, fight strange teleporting creatures, recover a bag of "Definitely NOT Dangerous" alchemical concoctions, and many more! And all that before they arrive at the doorstep of the fabled Traveling Inn, where the true adventure begins!
The giants of Gorgonia are on the rampage and you, as a newly inducted assassin of the Claw of the Raven, a chapter of the assassin's guild dedicated to the termination of titans, have the opportunity to raise your reputation. Can you kill a colossus in a surprise round and become the Killer of Giants?
Killer of Giants is a DnD 5E game of gaining knowledge. In the lead up to the hit, you attempt to learn an accurate stat block of your target. A trip to the library may reveal damage vulnerabilities or immunities (although a bad roll may misinform you). A trip to the armoury gives you access to thousands of traps to craft. An interview with an eye witness may reveal the weapons the giant uses. Tracking your prey may reveal how strong they are. Stalking your prey may reveal the perfect place for traps and where and when to strike.
When it's time to strike, take the giant out in a surprise round, and your rep as assassins increases, allowing you to charge more for the next hit, craft better traps, buy better items and feel like a heavy metal hero!
Killer of Giants features seven hits. Each hit has a challenge rating and a suggested group number and level so you can work your way up, or select one hit as a drop in or a one-shot for any party.

Artist Spotlight: Gabriel J. Spangler
I met Gabriel Spangler when I was working on "It Came From the Cellar!". I was so inspired by the drawing that Danh Tran had created of the Giant Ratipede that I thought a giant ratipede mini placed on the battle map would would be amazing, especially since there is no monster like it in D&D. I reached out to Gabriel and he delivered.
When we play tested, "It Came from the Cellar!" the look of shear terror, quickly followed by smiles from the players when the ratipede mini was put on the table was unforgettable. Since then Gabriel has been delivering boss monsters that are sure to shock and awe players. Most recently he created the Dread Minotaur and Gnoll Lord (Yeenoghu) for us.
FOUR SOFTCOVER + PDF RPG Modules for AD&D 1E / 5E, OSRIC or OSR role-playing games!
Avast ye scurvy scum! You and your mateys are on the hunt for a lost civilization in the Southern Islands of the Celestial Sea, rumored to have an ancient "City of Gold." It is rumored to be haunted by a ghost named "Spectral Tide," a wicked pirate who marooned his men for the treasure and fell victim to a curse that turned his crew in zombies that killed him! Hot on the trail are three buccaneers: Peggy Blackstocking, a fierce and seductive woman who rules her crew with an iron fist; Mogh the Ruthless, a hulking bugbear who escaped from an island prison by eating anyone who got in his way; and Whiskey John, a friendly, drunken "rob the rich, give to the poor" swashbuckler! Who will plunder the gold, artifacts, and treasures beyond your wildest imagination in the Pirates of the Serpent's Den?
Dungeon Builder’s Toolkit is a collection of 425+ (growing with each backer) modular tiles designed to transform your tabletop adventures. It empowers you to design and arrange your own dungeon battlemaps, offering flexibility to create endless unique layouts tailored for D&D or any TTRPG.
All the images are digital and are provided in 4K resolution. Each tile comes with both a gridded (square) and gridless option. The grid size is fixed, allowing you to seamlessly combine images, making it possible to print and assemble your custom maps if that is something you wish to do.

Savage Adventures Cover Art

Savage Adventures Cover by John Latta
John Latta created this cover artwork for us after our first book, The Trouble with Gnolls was published, just over a year ago.
I had featured a gnoll shaman that John had created in The Trouble with Gnolls. I loved his attention to detail and how he really expressed the savagery of gnolls so I reached out to him about this idea I had been kicking around (see Update: Evolution of Savage Adventures). John was excited to work on this project and he did not hold back!
If you would like to see more of John's art or commission art for your next ttrpg character or project you can find him here:

What are Stories of Taverns & Stores? This product consists of a collection of taverns, bars, and inns, designed to fit into any game world. Each and every one of them includes a possible encounter encounter centered around it, ensuring that its introduction into your game world is memorable; however, you need not use the encounter if you don’t want to. Most of these places can be just a replacement for a regular good ol’ tavern if you wish them to be, though they can offer much more.
Additionally, all taverns include a brief suggestion for moments in which they might be useful during the span of a longer campaign. However, remember that these taverns are all yours to modify and use as they best suit your needs.
It's a multi-level modular castle for wargaming with 5e adventure in PDF and nice HD renders for merchants. I think it's awesome and looks great!
WIP Gnoll Lord Mini and Artist Spotlight: Danh Tran

Hello Amazing Backers!
This week we have been working on paper textures for the interior of the Savage Adventures book. Between book layout and prepping for next Friday night's D&D game this week I found a little bit of time to get a gnoll lord mini primed, and I started painting it.
Artist Spotlight: Danh Tran
I have had the pleasure of working with Danh on my last 3 books. Danh is an amazing artist and a great professional. A year ago I knew I would do another gnoll book and I commissioned him to create a gnoll, I liked it so much that I commissioned him to do a gnoll cultist (See update: Evolution of Savage Adventures for more details). Danh's work was always done timely and with style.
After creating the gnoll and gnoll cultist, Danh was next commisioned for the cover of "It Came from the Cellar!" I sent him a very rough sketch and explanation of what a giant ratipede would look like and he delivered an amazing cover.
